Lume is an experimental decentralized prediction market platform. This platform is provided for informational and experimental purposes only.

You must be at least 18 years old and are solely responsible for ensuring your use of this platform complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction. By using Lume, you acknowledge that the platform is not licensed or regulated, and you assume all legal risks associated with your participation.

Access may be restricted or terminated at any time without notice. Users in jurisdictions where prediction markets are prohibited should not use this platform.

Lume relies on self-custodied wallets. You are solely responsible for safeguarding private keys, seed phrases, hardware devices, and any credentials used to access the Platform. All transactions broadcast from your wallet are deemed authorized by you and are irreversible once confirmed on-chain.

You are responsible for any gas fees, network costs, or smart-contract interactions initiated through your wallet even if they are triggered by third-party tools you authorize.

• Markets on Lume are experimental and may settle according to third-party data sources or community consensus.
• Markets may be paused, voided, or modified at any time for any reason without notice.
• No regulatory protections apply to your use of this platform. You participate entirely at your own risk.

Quotes, charts, commentary, and settlement descriptions are provided for informational purposes only. Lume does not guarantee accuracy, timeliness, or completeness of market data and does not endorse any outcome probabilities implied by prices.

• Attempting to compromise smart contracts or exploit platform vulnerabilities
• Using the platform in ways that violate applicable laws in your jurisdiction
• Engaging in activities that harm other users or the platform

Violations may result in suspension or termination of access. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use complies with all applicable laws.

This is an unlicensed, experimental platform with no regulatory oversight or protections. You may lose the entire amount you stake, including all funds deposited. Smart contracts may contain bugs, be exploited, or fail entirely. Digital assets are highly volatile. There are no guarantees of market resolution, payout, or platform availability. Nothing on Lume constitutes investment, legal, financial, or tax advice. Use at your own risk.

Access to Lume may be restricted or terminated at any time, for any reason, without notice. The platform may be shut down permanently without warning. You acknowledge that you may lose access to your positions and that blockchain transactions are irreversible.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lume, Eternis Labs Inc., and their affiliates disclaim liability for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Platform.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, excluding conflict of laws principles. You agree to resolve disputes individually and waive any right to class action or representative proceedings.

We may update these Terms at any time without notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes. The platform may be discontinued without notice.
